We collect only what you choose to send us. If you complete the estimate request form, that means your name and phone number, and — if you provide them — your email address, your town or city, the service you are interested in, and whatever you tell us about your project.

If you phone or email us instead, we hold whatever contact details and project information you give us in that conversation.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare an estimate, and carry out work you engage us for. That is the only reason.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
• We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you requested an estimate.

We may share information with a service provider where it is necessary to run the business — for example the provider that delivers form submissions to our inbox — and only to the extent required for that purpose.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies, and no third-party tracking scripts are installed on it. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, which typically record IP addresses and requested pages for security and operational purposes.

If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to it and, where work proceeds, for as long as required for our business and legal records. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to retain it, we will.

Under PIPEDA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and withdraw consent for its use, subject to legal and contractual limits. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as financial details through the website form.
