Before you send it, it may help to know
The visit and the written quote are both free, and that holds even when the recommendation turns out to be a smaller job than you were expecting — or no job at all. A fair number of the calls we take end with us pointing at a bath fan or a duct rather than at insulation, and the jobs we talk people out of explains why that is deliberate rather than modest.
If you would like to know what we are likely to say before we say it, the two most useful reads are why air sealing beats R-value, which is the idea behind most of our recommendations, and what actually drives the price, which tells you what to compare across the quotes you gather — ours included.
Not sure which service you need? That is genuinely fine, and it is what the assessment is for. If you would rather narrow it down first, the four we install are set out under insulation services, and spray foam and attic insulation between them cover most of what we get called about.
We serve the whole Simcoe County area — Barrie, Innisfil, Orillia and the towns around them. If you are not sure whether your property falls inside it, put the town in the form and we will tell you straight away. There is more about the business on the about page.
